- A sweet onion
- A rocoto
- Salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, oil and oregano
- Cut an onion into thin slices.
- Take a rocoto, open it, clean it and use outer skin only, also cut into thin parts ..
- Mix both ingredients by hand in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano.
- Mix and reserve in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and the vinaigrette will be ready to use on your favorite dish.
