ONION VINEGRETE

Ingredients:

  • A sweet onion
  • A rocoto
  • Salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, oil and oregano

Preparation:

  • Cut an onion into thin slices.
  • Take a rocoto, open it, clean it and use outer skin only, also cut into thin parts ..
  • Mix both ingredients by hand in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano.
  • Mix and reserve in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and the vinaigrette will be ready to use on your favorite dish.
